Day 1: Porto, Portugal
Board the AmaDouro river ship in Porto, Portugal’s colorful City of Bridges, and settle into your stateroom before an evening welcome reception.
Day 2: Régua, Portugal
Visit the Baroque-style Mateus Palace and Gardens, known for its beautiful grounds, ornate interiors, and intricately carved wood ceilings.
Day 3: Vega de Terrón, Spain
Explore Castelo Rodrigo, a fortified hilltop village with centuries-old walls, narrow streets, and sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Or choose a more active hike to the village, followed by a tasting of regional fare.
Day 4: Salamanca, Spain
